I have long loved to write. As a young person I filled journal after journal, as a priest I loved writing sermons. Now, I’m enjoying writing on Substack every week, publishing children’s books, and this coming March (2026) releasing my first spiritual book for adults- As Yourself: The Sacred Work of Embodying Grace. Below you’ll be able to read a bit about each of these literary ponds I swim in.

I have long been a lover of the Holy Spirit and seek to intentionally follow within her flow. Each weekend I post about some aspect of following Spirit. My posts often weave wisdom from mental health and spirituality and how the Spirit might be breathing through any and all aspects of our lives. We all have access to this breath of the Spirit. She both lives within us and breathes through us- as She does all of creation. Learning from each other, sharing our wisdom, empowers us to more intentionally and boldly follow Spirit.
