Caroline is a spiritual director, nationally board certified life coach, Episcopal Priest, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and Breath, Body, Mind teacher. Caroline has a great passion for accompanying clients to engage their wholeness so they can move forward in their lives in meaningful and life-giving ways. She utilizes meditation, mindfulness, and breath work with her clients.

In addition to offering spiritual direction, Caroline thoroughly enjoys writing. She aims to speak into the gaps in people’s lives offering ways the Holy Spirit may be calling us into new life. Her writing offers reframes for the ways we see and understand our spiritual lives while also offering practices to engage new pathways into living and breathing God’s love right here and now. She deeply believes the Holy Spirit is alive and well in the world, ever calling us to lean into a loving relationship with God, receive God’s love into our beings, and allow that holy love to transform the way we live, love, work, and engage our ourselves and our neighbors.
