1st 8wk Group starting August 11th - $180
2nd 6wk Group starts October 13th - $150
A special feature of these groups is that we will add slow bilateral stimulation (BLS) to enhance your sense of peace and ease. Slow bilateral stimulation helps signal the parasympathetic nervous system so move into rest and digest so that you can feel more peace and calm. Adding this component is completely optional. You can add slow BLS with your hands or Dharma Dr tappers which you can purchase for your own practice as well. (Creekside sells Dharma Dr tappers for $230, or you can purchase them online at Dharma Dr. for $249.)
