It is a place to wrestle and reckon with your faith and spirituality. Ultimately it is a container in which to listen together for the breath of the Holy Spirit in your life.

People often meet for spiritual direction once a month, every other month or quarterly.
Some people choose to meet more frequently in the beginning to get to know each other better and create a foundation from which to work from moving forward.
