As an introvert and fairly sensitive person in the world, re-entering the early post-pandemic world feels exciting, jarring, joyful and incredibly overstimulating. I made these t-shirts for me and my sister as a way to playfully remind ourselves that we don’t have to leap back into the loud, talkative, stimulating world at full trottle. We can respect the fact that we get overstimulated easily (nothing new here!), take deep breaths and return to the nourishing, wise silence within our body as needed. However you are making your re-entering into the early post-pandemic world, blessings on you- your mind, body, nervous system and relationships. May the promise of Pentecost remind you that the Spirit is here to guide you/us, may you have tools to empower your path, and may you have patience with yourself and others. Caroline
