I’m just back from leading a retreat with twenty amazing women from the parish where I serve part-time. I was moved by their warmth, honest sharing and love for each other. It reminded me what a cherished gift it is to spend time with people in person and also the blessing of belonging in a community where people really see you, appreciate you and love you right where you are.

I have crafted a couple of opportunities to engage a time of year that can be and feel really full, hectic and downright stressful. So, take a look below and join in for whatever feels good and right to you. In addition, there is a link to a new sermon I preached recently that shared my love for the hit tv series- Ted Lasso.

This 45 min. mindfulness class is part of a series that Nourishing Our Needs is offering to help people manage their food choices and stress during the holiday season. Class is Wednesday, December 1st from 12:15-1pm

Begin the New Year with intentional blessing using John O’Donohue’s blessings from his book To Bless the Space Between Us. This retreat day will consist of mindfulness meditation, learning and practicing The Spiral Up Prayer, gentle movement, setting intentions for the year, and considering together how we begin each year anew with God’s blessing & how that shapes the year ahead. The day will conclude with a contemplative Eucharist.
